C.O.D.: Terms are based upon approval of credit application. Credit terms are strictly enforced. Orders will not be released if a balance is past due.
Delivery Minimum
Minimum order for local delivery is $300. Delivery outside of the Metro New Orleans Area requires a $500 minimum order.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please understand that it is not always possible to notify customers of sudden price fluctuations in commodity markets.
Special Order Items
We will make every effort to obtain a specific product for established customers; however, we ask that you allow us sufficient time to do so.
Claims & Returns
All claims for damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. No claims or returns will be accepted without proper authorization. A 25% restocking charge will be applied to all returned undamaged merchandise. No returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days.
Returns
Any check returned for insufficient or uncollected funds will be charged $35.00.
