Filling for Yeast Raised Pie Crust - Apple

     ·6 lbs sliced apples

     ·1 1/2-2 lbs sugar

     ·1 lemon (juice)

     ·1 oz butter

     ·1 oz flour

     ·salt and cinnamon to taste

The above Apple Filling is approximately sufficient to fill pies made from one third of the dough obtained from the yeast raised pie dough formula.
