Maple Flavor Concentrate has a rich, dark aromatic flavor.

Aside from addition into baked goods and ice cream, try adding to syrup and cake glazes for a phenomenal finish.

The fountain syrup recipe makes a delectable addition to coffee and espresso beverages

Gum/water based flavor concentrate, therefore, water soluble. 

Flavor is generally stronger than an extract.

Consistency is similar to icing and cake batter so it will not water down your mix.

Usage: 

*Cake Batter or Icing:  3-4 oz. to 100 lbs. of mix.

*Ice Cream:  4-5 oz. to 5 gallons of mix.

*Fountain Syrup:  2 oz. to 1 gallon of simple syrup.

Ingredients:

Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Water, Natural and Artifical Flavor, Propylene Glycol, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate (Preservatives).
