A liquid enzyme for the degradation of dextrins into sugars.
Description | Concentrated enzyme complex produced by the fermentation of Aspergilius niger yeast. Degrades liquefied starch and glycosidic sugars into glucose monosaccharides. It can be applied in production processes of vegetable milks or for the production of fermentable sugars for the production of alcohol. Its application provides a sweet flavor and facilitates fermentation. Its functionality and performance are drastically increased when used in conjunction with Amyläse . Cover, inject or immerse the product with the Glucosidäse solution . Impregnating with 2-5 vacuum cycles is recommended for best performance. It can be applied directly on top of the product. Ingredients: Glycerin, water, amyloglucosidase. Dose: Product intended for food. |
