Using parchment liners eliminates the need for grease, and allows you to remove your cakes after baking with greater ease. Simply place the parchment liner on the bottom of your pan.

Your liner should be completely covered by the batter, bread or dough.  this prevents direct exposure of dry wax in the high heat oven.
