Bunge NH 332 Yeast Raised Shortening is a non-hydro product, so hydrogenation does not appear in the ingredient statement.  It has zero grams of trans fat per serving, which improves the nutritional profiles of your foods.  Because it has a higher absorption in dough, it produces moist finished baked goods that stay fresh longer.  Doughs are easier to handle and machine when using this product so they require less dusting flour on the bench or in make-up equipment and rolls and coffee cakes (either sweet dough or Danish variety) require less proofing.  Finished baked goods have a greater volume and superior eating qualities when made with Bunge NH332 Yeast Raised Shortening.
